Irons In The Fire

Anytime I finish a big project like VMF, there is always a period of rest and reflection. What do I work on next? What am I feeling creatively? Should I take a break and coast a bit?

That's what I had been doing the last few weeks. Going to Garycon was nice. I played a few games that were not my own (Shadowdark and BASH), and I got to be a player, which is nice for a "Forever GM" like myself.

But this week coming up I need to write up the basic outline for my Saturday, April 19 VMF RPG session. I think it's going to involve the Tinkerer, the Marvel Universe's humblest supervillain supplier.

Pretty sure this is his OHOTMU artwork.

At the end of this month I will also the debut the first installment in what I hope will be a semi-regular support supplement for VMF. That will be the subject of its own blog post here at some point. So while I have been kind of quiet here and on other outlets, I am still working on stuff, but just at a less breakneck pace.

And the great rebasing project has now reached the three-quarter completion mark by my rough reckoning. I still have a container of DC characters to do, but I am currently working my way through the Henchmen / Minions for both DC and Marvel.

So there we have a bit of catch-up on what I have been up to. I may take a break from supers this week to paint up some BattleTech figures, but again, that will be a post for another day.

Thanks for reading!
