TFA2 Released!

 After months of testing and development, Techno-Fantasy Adventure 2nd Edition is out in PDF and POD versions.

I really love Todd's layout and the way he used William's interior pieces. 

I again chose Lulu's cream paper option for the interiors. 



I am so very satisfied with how this book turned out. I hope it finds an audience, because I feel it occupies a nice space among sci-fi skirmish skirmish games like Stargrave, Five Parsecs From Home, Space Weirdos, and others of that type. I was able to stretch and push the 3D6 engine and my campaign mechanics into new and better shapes. 

I hope to play it in my own home games very soon, starting a Co-op campaign with my buddy, Stu. 

If you haven't checked it out yet, I encourage you to do so, and if you do get a game in, be sure to roll high!

First Post, Test Post!

This is the first post of the Four Color Studios blog. Check our web site for a complete list of products and where you can acquire them is here .   My goal with this site is to create a one-stop shop for announcements around projects I am working on, or sessions of my games I am running. I am also intending to cover hobby projects related to my games, including painting, terrain building, and products (minis, terrain, paints, etc.) I have bought or intend to buy for the hobby.  I may occasionally also cover comic books on this site as well. Northstar Military Figures Cultists!

 I have been writing like mad on my fantasy RPG, Grimme Perils . I took the bones of 2d Delves and hammered it into the fantasy TTRPG that has all of the things I want to see in such a game.  A lot comes from my two years running Shadowdark RPG , but also from all of the games I have enjoyed playing over the years, including Warhammer Fantasy Role-Play and Call of Cthulhu . It's no secret I love using minis in my games, and I needed a couple of groups of rival cultists for some games I have planned, so I cranked out seven Northstar Cultists in white to go against the seven I have already done in black.  These figures are amazing! Especially Cultists II. They just keep getting better with each release.  Mostly Cultists II models, but with two from Cultists I thrown in.   As Grimme Perils gets closer to going to layout, I will start posting more on it, and sharing some of the amazing new artwork I have commissioned for it.  Stay tuned!  --Scott
